What
is the Anglian Airsoft Club?
- The AAC
is a players association, run by serious Airsoft enthusiasts
for like minded players, our volunteers take no wage with any
money raised being re-invested into the club.
- We're not
a commercial venture, nor affiliated to any one site, the club
was created simply to maintain our own community of airsoft enthusiasts,
most of whom are already rooted in the hobby with their own weapons
and kit.
- New comers
are welcome and we'll help them hire kit from the venues we visit,
although there is usually a charge by the site for this.
- We periodically
hire airsoft venues in order to run weekend games for our members
and guests, these have proven to be such great value of money
airsoft that many of the guests have since become full members.
- The
club has recently aquired use of the Gunman
site at Norwich for regular monthly games; our aim is for these
to provide low cost, high quality Airsoft exclusively for our
members and invited guests.
- If you're
passionate about Airsoft, playing with honour and good sportsmanship;
we may just be what you’ve been waiting for.
- Are you
tired of paying so much to enjoy your pastime? We have negotiated
discounted playing fees with several sites organisers and discounts
at retailers, that our members continue to benefit from.
Our
aims:
- To maintain
the highest standard of game play wherever members play, upholding
our code of conduct
and being ambassadors for the club.
- Attracting
new members that personify what’s best about airsoft; having
loads of fun, but with integrity, honour & good sportsmanship.
- Organising
days out at Airsoft sites both near and far, attending as a group
rather than as individuals; these group bookings have enabled
discounted walk-on prices or concessions at some sites visited.
- Continue
to organise the club events that give our guys & gals whole
weekends worth of top class shooting
- We have
negotiated club discounts with retailers
available though the clubs' membership card, and will continue
to seek further discounts.
- Our membership
card also contains a photo ID, and a disclaimer regarding the
VRCA; this has proved useful to members stopped by the police
on route to games.
